Peter Hanna is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer whose music has generated over 2 billion streams worldwide. He has written for global stars including David Guetta, Nick Jonas, Robin Schulz, The Chainsmokers, Cheat Codes, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, with hit records such as “Complicated” and “Young”. With new projects on the way alongside Selena Gomez, Alan Walker, and Galantis, Peter continues to make his mark on the global music scene. Divided By Three will support him with royalty administration and financial management, helping him focus on his creative work.

HAP was recently revitalized by Rick Haayen and Yoshi Breen, combining decades of music industry leadership with award-winning songwriting talent. Rick’s strategic expertise and Yoshi’s songwriting credits—which include hits with Tiësto, Karol G, Martin Garrix, Alok, Rita Ora, and Armin van Buuren—make HAP a forward-thinking publishing powerhouse. We’ll be assisting them with financial accounting and royalty services to ensure their team can continue developing talent and delivering international success.
